TLDR: Casual 10 man raiding in a fun and friendly atmosphere with a mature guild that makes few demands of its members. LF 5-10 mature capable players to fill 1-2 "pure dps" slots and flexible hybrid classes for the rest. About the guild: Ad Eternium is a long established casual guild with a relaxed view on its raiding future. We aim for two 10 man raids per week with no attendance demands, only that if you sign up, you do your best to attend show up with the correct gear, consumables, etc. We're currently a level 5 guild, provide a guild bank, a Mumble server and have private forums and a website for members: http://www.ad-eternium.com Most of our members are mature and have full time jobs, some have families. We understand that RL comes first (most of the time... and don't ask my wife!) Why are we recruiting? Having enjoyed a very casual approach to content through the Lich King expansion we have decided we would like to see more of what Cataclysm has to offer as a guild. Currently we have just about enough members to run 10 man content but due to our views on raid attendance we could use 5-10 more members.
Rated Battlegrounds while not a focus would also be a feature we'd like to participate in.
What are we recruiting? Ideally we're recruiting 1-2 pure dps and 4-8 hybrids who don't mind gearing more than one spec and healing/tanking as either their main or off-spec. We will always do our best to put members in a role they enjoy.
Currently we have no Rogues or Death Knights as "mains"
If you'd like to join on an alt of new main, we're happy to chat about it, we have no problem carrying a good player that knows their class in poor gear, but object to the opposite.
Additional Alts are more than welcome in the guild, on the understanding that you can only raid on that character if it's sufficiently geared to the content being tackled. Members are also welcome to have friends with no interest in raiding join for social aspects, dungeons and heroics, guild social events and any content they're able to complete with their gear or level of commitment.
